MEDICAL CUSTOMER BILLING REPRESENTATIVES

We are looking for compassionate individuals with excellent telephonic service skills to help patients with insurance, benefits and payment issues.  1+ years of insurance or billing knowledge in the healthcare field is required.  We have shifts available from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM as well as regular daylight.  We require a high school diploma/GED.

PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVES

We are looking for compassionate individuals with excellent telephonic service skills to act as liaison between patients and professionals in the healthcare industry.  Knowledge of health care providers and insurance carriers helpful.  We require a high school diploma/GED.  If you are bi-lingual in Spanish, we need you!!

REIMBURSEMENT REPRESENTATIVES

We are looking for individuals with experience working insurance denials, initiating collection letters to insurance companies and providing excellent customer service to our clients.  One to two years of collections and medical insurance knowledge required.  We require a high school diploma/GED.
